By booking an appointment with Pawlished & Poised Dog Grooming, you agree to the following policies designed to ensure safety, comfort and wellbeing of all pets in our care.
Appointment Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for your pet. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly as for at least 24 hours notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future bookings.
Late Arrival Policy
Arriving late may shorten your dog's grooming session or require rescheduling depending on the day's schedule. This ensures we remain fair to all scheduled clients.
Matting Policy
Matted coats can cause significant discomfort and health issues for dog's. In cases of severe matting, the safest and most humane option may be a short shave-down.

If fleas are discovered during the grooming process, a flea treatment fee may be added to the service to protect other pet's in the salon.

Grooming Risks
While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety, grooming can involve minor risks including:
